The Townes at the Kings offers a number of on-site amenities for residents.

Gym facility: All residents have access to a gym facility containing treadmills, an exercise bike, a rowing machine, weights, and other equipment. The gym facility has been recently upgraded with modern decor, rubber flooring and new equipment.

Sauna: Women’s and Men’s change rooms with lockers, shower facilities and a sauna are located adjacent to the gym facility. Enjoy a relaxing sauna after your workout!

Party room: Rent a great party space for a nominal fee. Party room rental includes large seating areas, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, barbeque and access to a private outdoor patio.

Library: A library space is available to all residents. Books are donated by residents–come and enjoy comfortable seating and a good book, or borrow a book to take home.

Beautiful landscaping: The Townes site contains a central walkway finished with interlocking stone, as well as full landscaping and gardens including flowers, mature trees and bushes to offer privacy and green space.

Parking: Residents have access to a secured underground parking area for vehicles and bicycles, and a large number of visitor spaces are also available above ground.

Onsite security: The Townes employs an on-site security service, including CCTV monitoring, site patrols and parking enforcement.
